TABLE GAME DEALERS

Summary: Under the supervision of the Casino Floor Supervisor, the incumbent operates and conducts the game assigned in accordance with WV Lottery Commission's procedures and internal controls and the rules and procedures of the assigned game. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Must adhere to Racing Corporation of WV Policies and Procedures
• Procedures promotes and encourages positive customer and employee relations at all times
• Deals cards/tiles, sends and call dice, determines and marks winning number to players as appropriate according to established rules and regulations
• Announces winning number or hand to players. Compute payable odds to pay winning bets. Collects losing bets. Pays winning bets
• Verifies beginning and ending chip and money balances and confirms supporting documentation
• Receives fills and distribute credits. Exchanges paper currency for playing chips
• Recognizes internally issued promotional coupons and handles as appropriate
• Ensures wagers are placed before cards/tiles are dealt
• Monitors game and notifies supervisor of any disputes, problems or concerns with patron and/or the progress of the game
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
• Full-time positions available - $5.15/hr. plus tips

Must have experience or certification.
