SLOT FLOOR SUPERVISOR

Required to offer excellent customer service, evaluate the floor and direct the work force that are assigned to their floor. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Essential duties include the following; others may be assigned.

• Reset machines
• Handle customer disputes
• Offer excellent customer service
• Evaluate the gaming floor and communicate changes and needs to shift manager
• Handle large wins, box counts and manage lunches

Salary commensurate with experience.
