POKER SUPERVISOR

  • Responsible for assisting the Pit Manager in counting chips and setting up the dealer's racks each morning, counting and verifying the Poker bank.
  • Observing the games ensuring that dealers are following proper procedures.
  • Informing Pit Manager of any employee or customer issue.
  • Calling in and filling all open seats.
  • Communicating all pertinent information to incoming Floor Representatives.
  • Resolving guest and employee complaints.
  • Assisting the Pit Boss in closing out the Poker Bank at the end of the night; reconciling all paperwork.
  • Providing training for new poker dealers and refresher training for existing dealers that may require it.
  • Candidate must have 2-3 years experience working in poker room operations.
  • Must be familiar with all poker room concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Must have excellent written, organizational and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
