PLAYER'S CLUB MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE

Represents Marketing Department, total customer service by performing the following duties. Other duties may be assigned.

• Understands and communicates promotional information to patrons and other employees
• Understands direct mail parameters
• Knowledge of inventory
• Understand and know point structures
• Handle patron complaints
• Inventory of Club merchandise
• Answer patrons' questions
• "Sell" Club benefits
• Recruit new Club members
• Assist with promotions
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Full-time position available - $8.75/hr.

Must pass thorough background check, pre-employment drug screening and complete training course.
