CONCESSIONS STANDS SHIFT LEAD

Summary: Serves customer by performing the following duties. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Trains all new Concessions Stands' employees
• Acknowledges, greets and converses with customers
• Ensures tables and surrounding areas are kept spotless
• Prepares and produces menu items to standards in a quick and efficient manner
• Controls food production in all work areas including proper cooking methods, proper cooking times and temperatures
• Maintains assigned station and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition
• Processes cash transactions in POS system
• Relays any guest compliments and complaints to management
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays 
• Full-time position available - $10/hr.
