Summary: Prepares bread, rolls and patries by performing the following duties. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Prepares and finishes cakes, cookies, doughs, breads, mixes and any other pastry items produced in the pantry according to house specifications and recipes
  • Decorates and finishes all cakes, pastry, etc. according to specifications
  • Adheres to kitchen maintenance and sanitation programs

Education and/or experience

  • Must have Culinary School diploma (preferred), or two years experience in pastry department in a high volume food service operation

Must pass thorough background check, pre-employment drug screening and complete training course.
