- You must be 21 or older to participate in slot machine or table gaming (when available)
- Retired Greyhounds are available for adoption; contact program coordinator at (304) 776-8530
- Photography and video cameras are not permitted
- We welcome children under 18 to view our Greyhounds, but they are not allowed in the active gaming areas
- Baby strollers are not permitted
- Restrooms are located throughout the facility; baby changing stations are in restrooms (men and women) near elevator
- Mardi Gras Casino & Resort reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed improperly attired
- For First Aid assistance, report to the nearest uniformed Security Officer
- Mardi Gras Casino & Resort is a non-smoking facility

- First Turn Restaurant located on the 3rd floor trackside
Hours: Monday-Friday 5:00pm-11:00pm, Saturday 11:00am-11:00pm, Sunday 1:00pm-5:00pm, Tuesday Closed
- Anyone under 21 must enter on the first floor, but anyone under 21 wishing to dine in the First Turn Restaurant on the third floor must be escorted by a Security Guard
- French Quarter Restaurant & Lounge located in Mardi Gras (must be 21 or older to dine)
Hours: Sunday-Thursday 5:00pm-10:00pm, Friday & Saturday 5:00pm-1:00am, Monday Closed
- Group discounts for 20 or more, reservations needed

RACING
- Live racing year round: Monday, Wednesday-Saturday at 7:30pm, Saturday and Sunday at 1:30pm
- Teller windows and STANS (self-betting terminals) located throughout the facility
- Racing programs sold throughout the facility
- Mardi Gras Casino & Resort will not honor claims or make refunds when an incorrect program has been used for wagering. Check your program purchase
- Simulcast wagering on races from tracks around the country; simulcast schedules available where programs are sold
- Simulcast areas located throughout the facility
MUTUELS
- Win, place, show, quiniela and perfecta wagering are offered in every race. Superfecta wagering is offered in the 7th, 12th and 15th races; trifecta wagering is offered in all other races. Be sure to check all tickets and change before leaving the teller window. Once you have left the window, no adjustments will be made
- When a ticket is cashed, the display will show the amount of winnings. Wagers may be placed against this amount. When the transaction is complete, the display will show how much winnings are left or how much is owed
- Holders of uncashed, valid pari-mutuel tickets may present them for payment at any teller window at any time we are open for business during the current meet, and for 90 days thereafter. After that expiration period, the tickets must be redeemed within an additional 90 days by sending them by certified or registered mail to: WV Racing Commission, 106 Dee Drive, Charleston, WV 25311, (304) 558-2150
- After the expiration of this second 90 day period, all proceeds from the uncashed tickets escheat to the state of West Virginia
- Rules and regulations covering Greyhound racing promulgated by the WV Racing Commission are available at the Information Window
- Terminals, computers for odds making and prize calculations and the tote board are owned and maintained by Autotote, who is solely responsible for their operation
- Mardi Gras Casino & Resort is not responsible for incomplete transactions after the "tote" terminals have been locked
- All copies of W-2Gs made by Tri-State carry a charge of $2.00 per W-2G. Cash must be paid in advance
